TLab is a place where acting is central and where training and productions are closely connected. In its classes, participants work on the craft of acting at different levels, focusing on performance, text, collaboration, and artistic development. The courses are structured to support gradual growth, with the possibility of moving on to take part in TLab productions when this matches a participant’s level and ambitions.

As a production house, TLab views its performances not only as final outcomes but also as learning environments. Performers gain experience within a professional working structure, where rehearsal processes, artistic decision-making, and collaboration are integral to the learning process. The teaching team regularly reflects on both classes and productions to monitor progress and maintain quality, while actively engaging with the professional theatre field to exchange knowledge and practice.
